My heartiest felicitations to all those who have qualified. The result is a testimony to your untiring efforts and iron commitment to the cause that you candidates have been aspiring for.
To those you have not qualified, they are not academically inferior nor are they less intelligent. I salute them with equal vigor for the courage they showed to face as tough an exam as CSS itself.

I passed the written bit but also want to appear for C.E. 2018. I guess interviews are also conducted in Feb. Would exam dates conflict with interview or psychological test. Just wanted to confirm before committing.
