we are talking about International relations and international law, right?

it's written in the css syllabus section that you can't opt this combination

With respect bro, Both of these subjects belongs to two totally different groups. Ir from group 1 and I.Law from group six. You can opt both without any hesitation.
Furthermore, Will you please kindly tell me, where in syllabus that combination thing is written ? I want to correct myself if i am wrong.

Nothing like that is mentioned in Fpsc's given syllabus, secondly, a friend of mind opted both in his Ce-17.
I believe, the information, you shared here is obsolete and of no use.
