It's in the beginners guide section. it's written IR and IL are in group F and you can't opt this combination

It's old link. Go to fpsc site for latest and authentic information. Rules have been revised in 2016.

Sir the scheme of optional subjects you mentioned has been revised. I opted both ir and i law in ce-2016. For further clarification download rules of ce-2017 from fpsc website.
