It is heard that process of registration is delay due to awaiting approval of cluster based exam for CE-2018.

I sent an email to inquire about CE-2018 and they replied, "Some rules are pending for approval in cabinet division. That's why it's late."
I want to clarify, they didn't mention the rule.
Cluster based exam is my assumption because Ahsan Iqbal specially focused on this point due to in-efficency of bureaucrats, not expert in specified field. 'Cluster based' is also mentioned in vision 2025.

It might also have to do with allocation division based on quota, due to latest census.

There cannot be a big delay as the exam date has already been announced and its the same as always. So i'll b really surprised if the ad doesn't come soon.
