The book is really helpful. It is all compiled at one place.

It is really hard to get emails of pakistani authors. I don't know what they are hiding for. Ikram Rabbani has been writing for decades and it was impossible to contact him. Looks like they don't give their contact because of the public reaction. I am yet to encounter a pakistani author who's book is error free(except Islamiat-Chughtai). People fail English exams in competitive examinations because they study from books where no one cares about grammar. They simply reproduce what they learn from these books.

I must add that I just bought a book for Essays and the Pakistani author has included articles with faulty grammar. I am relying on these stupid authors only in cases where a better foreign alternative is not available.

I should also add, in response to your question, that you can usually get the contact details from the publishers(JWT in this case). In case they don't give it, you can send the publisher your message and they will forward it to the author on your behalf. This is how it is supposed to be, but I don't know if pakistani publishers follow this standard.
