I have opted for the following subjects:
Accounting and auditing
Gender Studies
Sociology
Mercantile Law
Business Administration

Is there anyone who could tell me whether the subjects that i have selected are acceptable as a combination or not. The reason of selecting law, accounts and business admin is that i have done ACCA and am familiar with these papers.

Sociology and Gender studies are completely new subjects for me. Has anyone studied these 2 subjects before?

Your combination seems good but there is a problem, you can't opt business adm along with accounting and auditing.One can opt only 2 subjects from the same group or take it as 200 marks maximum, rest are ok.And yes i have studied both the subjects you are talking about. Both are considered high scoring and are easy to comprehend.

business administration (100) is in group 3 whereas Accounting and auditing (200) in group 1. They can be opted together.

Oh yes..and sorry, I had in my mind the previous grouping which has been changed recently.

if i want to select FSP group so which opt subjects i have to selected???

As already been answered that "There is no relation". And kindly try to concentrate on preparations rather assumptions. Allah bless you.

In terms of CSS Rules, your subject selection has no objection. You can opt them. I have had all these subject in my 3 attempts except auditing & Accounting. Of them all, sociology has the lengthy stuff cover during preparations while mercantile law has the least. You might not have noticed that in previous various papers of Business Administration there have been 3 sections i.e Finance, Marketing & Management with a condition to opt at-least one from each section but in 2018 attempt I was surprised to see the paper having no such condition, which is a good thing. Gender studies is literally a piece of cake provided you understand the basics & foundations of subject. Your subject are scoring. However mercantile law is a tricky one. that is if you know the answer, which is probably concise & specific, you will get good marks and if you don't know it, whatever you answer doesn't count.
