Can anyone recommend me Just books for International Relations that would fully cover the Outline, though, it's so confusing as there have been many suggested books?

Unfortunately, there is no single book available in the market which cover the whole syllabus of Interational Relations. However, the book, world politics trend and transformation by charles kegley, covers many topics like theories, IPE, International political security, International political community, Approaches to Peace, International Relation between two Wars and Cold War.
You can cover the rest of the topics from Internet.

Not a single book will cover the whole syllabus. However, check this site they are providing IR Books

It's ok bro, however, i have Charles Kegley book in pdf so I will go through it.
