Suggestions for Optional Subjects 2019
 
Salam everyone. I recently graduated in the field of engineering. I am an electrical engineer. I would like to post some combinations of optional subject and would welcome any suggestions about them. I prefer subjects that are more theoretical rather than research based.

Political science
US history/European history
Gender study
Criminology
Sociology

GROUP 2
Applied mathematics
Statistics
US history/European history
Gender study/ Environmental science
Criminology
Sociology

GROUP 3
Political science
Islamic history and culture

Group one seems better than the other two for two reasons: subject are scoring and have relatively shorter syllabus. But I still advise you to opt IR instead of political science as it brodens your understanding of contemporary geo-strategic changes.

There is no connection between group allocation and your optional subjects. Groups will be allocated on merit basis instead of optional group preferences.
