After some month Fpsc will issue roll numbers on their website.

The best way to know is to send it through TCS or Leopard Courier, you will recieve a text message on cell phone when it is recieved by someone at FPSC.

I send through tcs five day ago but did not recive any msg what should do in this situation when fpsc says document should reach within 10 days

Well if you didn't receive the message then track your courier through the tracking number which will be given on the receipt given to you by TCS. And "by 10 days" FPSC means that the documents should reach within 10 days after the closing date i.e 31st October.

"In transit"

In transit means it is not yet delivered to FPSC, as there were two holidays (Saturday & Sunday), it will reach there on Monday or Tuesday, don't worry. Focus on your preparations.
