FPSC must give candidate another chance to change their optionals, as they declared result after closing date.
Can we do something in this regard?

No room for suspicion. One of my colleagues has also scored 84 in English Precis & Composition while he scored 15 in Essay.

Assalam-o-alaikum everyone,

I have an engineering background and CSS 2020 was my first attempt. My DMC is as follows;

Compulsory:

Essay 30
Precis 83
GK 150
Isl 46

Optiionals:

IR 92
Gender 55
US History 55
Socio 34
Criminology 33

Like anyone who couldn't qualify, I was disheartened at first for not clearing the exam but after seeing my DMC a sense of optimism has awakened in me. I believe that I can rectify my shortcomings in time for the 2021 attempt and to achieve this I need your help.
I would be grateful for any input you guys can give me on improving my low scoring subjects and would be willing to do the same for you.

Bro how much did you score in general science.?
I think you should go with same subjects. Nothing is wrong with your preparation. Most of the subjects you choose got targeted this year. It would surely be better in next. Though prepare more for essay; you need to get 40 marks line.
Could you tell me how did you prepare for PRECI?

Hi. Dooes anyone know if 2021 exams will get postponed due to the current covid situation in the country? As news suggests, conditions might aggravate in the coming months

I scored 69 in General science.
I have a strong background in English as I like to read a lot.
A friend of mine brought me up to speed with what the examiners are looking for in precis and compo. Additionally, I believe that the Precis paper and it's marking were both lenient this time around as most of the aspirants have scored better in this subject.

Yes. Both Gender Studies and Precis examiner were too lenient with the marking. People had to work really hard to get failed in these subjects.

Criminology, Sociology, Islamiat were targeted.
Whereas I haven't seen anyone passing Town Planning and Const Law
