That's what I try to make people understand. Uniform or suit/shalwar-kameez does not make one a dictator/democrat respectively. Democracy is a culture and a mindset which unfortunately Pakistan has never seen in its true spirit.

Being martial law administrator and imposing martial law are two different things.

I think they're the same. A martial law is "imposed" from the office of the chief martial law administrator. But I get your drift. Perhaps "declared martial law" would be a more accurate expression for what you wanted to convey!

I am worrying about result.It was my second/last attempt.It will be same as my previous result.i don't think so that i will Pass written but still i have hope and have faith in Almight Allah,may be may be i could clear CSS exam and allocate in suitable Group.I am tired of being d grading before that kind of people for requesting job.I think its enough,now that the time should come for me.Enough,i can't take it anymore.The incoming CSS result is my last hope.

Css is not the end of the world. Take it as an exam only.
