Part 1.
i am just sharing my experience regardless of my responses to be right or wrong, so help urself to devise ur own strategy. . . some of my answers are wrong so don't just take them as right answers. It was five member panel with chairman(Naveed akram cheema) in the center. when i entered the room at almost 12:35pm, i was welcomed by the chairman and he shook hand with me, he looked into my eyes and i looked into his eyes, and he seemed to be a gentle man, and the later events proved his kind and gentle behavior. he told me to have a seat, welcomed, me told me that he is happy to have young people qualifying for CSS. i thought he is praising me until he asked me my weight tongue emoticon.
chairman: what is your weight?
me : sir..... 90...3
chairman: and what is your height?
me: 5....ft..8 inch
chairman: don't you think you are over weight?
me: yes
chairman: why are you overweight
me: i used to do excercise regularly, and its been a long time i am not in touch with any sports so i have gained the weight too fast.
chairman: so you are not health conscious...
then he turned to Mr imtiaz hussain qazi who was sitting to his right and he started to ask me questions,
IHQ: from where do u belong in KPK ?
me: swat
IHQ: where in swat?
me : a village named garhai, qandil near madyan.
chairman: is there any trout farm near madyan there?
me: yes a place named chael has farms of trout fish.
IHQ: how would u compare the pre integration of swat state with the swat after integration with Pakistan?
me: the fifty years rule of bacha sb, and wali swat sb in swat is considered to be the golden period of swat, it was a welfare state, an ally to the british, and economically rich with its own currency flag, and army.
IHQ: how is the administration of swat after integration?
me: wali swat was a strict administrator and after integration swat has never been the same as it was in the times of wali swat. and the funds were allocated for whole of the malakand divisions but as shangla and dir were far behind swat so the administration let swat be in whatever stage it was since 1969 and no new infra structure was built until 2000. the funds were spent in shangla and dir to make them parallel to swat.
IHQ: what is the situation in swat now, i mean after military operations?
me : the situations is good, tourism is back,
IHQ: was military operation successful?
me: yes, as in 2008 and 2009 even we didn't visit swat as it was our routine to spend our summer vacation there. but due the extreme taliban nature we didn't visit swat in those years?
IHQ: why did swat fall to taliban? why did they support taliban?
me: lose administration as in the time of wali sb the culprits were like spring held tight and after him it exploded and wealthy people without a proper motive to spend their money made the swat fall to taliban as most of the bread earner are working abroad and those living back at home spend it without thinking and this nature has been exploited by people like sufi muhammad, and fazlullah.
IHQ: so FCR laws need to be continued in FATA ?
ME: no sir, that is injustice
IHQ: but u said strict administration is important and lose administration create situations like swat taliban
me: no sir, the situation is different its always about the distribution of resources. and strict rules like FCR only contribute towards hatred of the people against Pakistan,
IHQ: how can we deal with the situation, ?
me: give equal representation and rights to the people of FATA. treat them equally as rest of the Pakistan
IHQ: should FATA become a province or it should be merged with KPK?
ME: both the opinions are highly welcomed by the people of FATA, i have friends who support the separate provincial status of FATA, and friends who support its merger with KPK, those who support separate status of FATA as a province argue that FATA will have more autonomy. and those who support its merger argue that FATA is already depending for education and health on KPK, so merger will bring no burden to KPK and will increase its representation as well as share in resources.
Part 2.
Mr Rizwan ul haq mehmood was told to ask questions, and he began with,
RHM: how is president selected in Pakistan?
me: through senate
RHM: and how else ?
me: in Pakistan............ with a recommendation from PM.
IHQ: with recommendation from PM?
me: with a little confusion.......... yes in Pakistan.
RHM: if president is not there he is replaced why isn't PM replaced in his absence ?
me: i............. don't know.
RHM: (Now this is what i think i heard) who were ashab e kahf ?
me: i started to tell them the whole story of ashab e kahf, from start till the end, and when i was finished with the story ...
RHM: u are telling us about ashab e kahf, i asked ashab e suffa .
me: oh sorry, ashab e suffa...... i got confused, i knew they were companions of prophet involved in the education process of people at madinah in masjid e nabwi, but before i could speak what i knew i replied as, teachers who taught in khana ka'aba. and they just moved to Mr Ahmad bakhsh lehri. he used to nod his head all the time at first i thought he is agreeing with my answers, but then i realized that it is some kind of a habbit, or built in problem that make him nod his head. he started with..
ABL: how do u see balochistan insurgency, and the sectarian violence over there?
me: yes balochs have been deprived of their rights for a long time making them fight for their rights but i think the insurgency is supported and augmented because of the countries who think china as an economic threat. and due to that reason, they are supporting the activites that can affect or atleast delay the economic activities of china.
again RHM asked a question from my psychological assessment answers. and it was regarding an alive politician who have made some difference.
RHM: you have mentioned in your psycho assessment that nawaz sharif get things done at any cost. what do u mean by any cost?
me: he get things done that are his priority on the cost of what i think should be the priority. like education and health. i missed to mention education and health. but i had it in mind. they didn't force me further when i stopped at priority.
back to ABL
ABL: how do u see relations with afghanistan?
ME: pakistan have never been a natural ally to afghanistan, Afghanistan blames Pakistan for the present situation of afghanistan, they are a natural ally to the Russia, they trust Russia more than they can trust Pakistan.

how can we make them trust Pakistan.
me: civil government need to deliver and bring in consistency in there policies.
now here comes the last person to ask me question, akhlaq ahmad tararh.
Part 3:
AAT: so u have done bba in HRM.
ME : yes
AAT: let suppose u are in an organization dealing HR, and an electrician attrition happens.
me: a little surprised at what is he trying to say?
AAT: are u getting my point
me: no sir would u plz explain it further?
AAT: u are the one specialized in HR and u want me to explain it to u, electrician leaving the organization.
me : oh ok sir, turnover .... and he was like. shukar ha smjh to ai.
AAT: suggest 3 ways to stop it.
me: i didn't knw how to answer it at that time so, i started with, train the people, those who in subordination need to be prepared for his job, paid internees be hired regularly... unpaid internees be ... hired ... also...
AAT: being a student of HR i wasn't expecting such an answer.
me : i didn't say anything and he jumped to the next question.
AAT: what is PSDP?
me: P S D P.... pakistan.... something.
AAT: P for Pakistan and SDP for ....

AAT: How much is allocated for PSDP?
me: in terms of......
AAT: DOLLARS, BILLION DOLLARS...
AAT: how much was it last year and how much is it this year ?
me : ok, i have.... no idea...
AAT: U need to have the idea regarding these things.
me : i don't have the figures, and i don't remember any figure other then the current percentage increase of GDP, which is 4.24 %

IHQ: speaking of your optional subjects. how did u opt indo pak history, was it opted as a scoring sbjct or u were interested in it.
me: i liked the classical stories and movies of kings, and when i knew its about the kings and their rules i thought it to be easy and interesting.
IHQ: so u were interested in it?
me : yes
IHQ: a question related to marhattas, possibly he was asking about the era regarding marhattas i don't recall it correctly.
me: i don't remember but i think they were somewhat related to tipu sultan.

what were the salient features of slave dynasty?
me: slave dynasty...
chairman : yes
me: sorry i don't remember
IHQ: what do u know about bhindaris ?
me: i haven't studies anything about bhindaris, but i remember it from a movie, they are people who would fight for their honour and dignity.

me: i don't remember

me: yes but i have studied it almost a year ago.
