Regarding Your Interesting Query
Except Islamiat Lecturer etc interviews one should definitely ask you about Theism but in any other paper it is required to have sharp knowledge about theism,as it includes in GK PLUS seats have limitations for being muslim.
If in intellectual tests one focus on your spiritual views then he is fool and if you are going to appear for General interviews and you don't have knowledge about spirituality then definitely you are fool. That's all

Shouldn't be a problem I think. I'm myself half atheist and will continue to be so. I believe you should vocally express your beliefs instead of hiding them.

There might be about 30 to 40% atheists in PK bureaucracy. It's non of the their concern. You are required to perform in service not to preach.so atheism is a personal matter and nothing to fear.

Well, objectively, there is no place for an atheist in the government service as per my understanding. Furthermore, atheists even can't apply against the minority quota. So, either one should have to be a perfect hypocrite/diplomat for concealing his/her belief or then associate him/herself with some belief system. If it's not the case, s/he is done!

I think there is no need to be so sentimental. First of all in service you are there to implement certain laws, and majority of these laws are secular in nature and they are made by secular people and these laws have nothing to do with religion.
