can sumbody tells me about wht kind of interview will held in css after clearance of written tests? cox if sumone didnt have strong background academic record,is it really effective on results? is it true your documents will check on yur interview day? 4rm matricultaion to mASTERS?

Go through the link which Princess Royal has mentioned. Please read it thoroughly you will find all of your question. There are the detailed interviews of successful CSP’s.

If someone have weak background he can improve it by hardworking, every thing is possible. For required grade of qualification check the syllabus.

Yes these are checked. I think it is not a big deal.
