I had public admin as a subject and questions about constitutional provisions regarding bureaucracy were asked.

secondly, some main issues of paki bureaucracy mite b asked.....u must b having cogent arguments to substantiate ur opinion

all the current affairs topics r relevant......... but the financial crisis, georgia-russia conflict, american elections etc r more important

and u cannot hide ur personality from them........thats for sure.........the questions r so designed that they bring out any contradiction/anomaly in ur personality to the fore

Follow times issue
Remember what u wrote in psychological test especially the unforgettable event ,event that had gory effects on you. Your favorite personality anything the panel find peculiar about u they are going to examine you
Please focus on the three most important events as what you had mention in ur psychological assessment They would be asked from you Also your hobbies etc.
Focus on the current problems of Pakistan especially if related to ur optional
Like in cons law, constitutional amendment you seek in the constitution of Pakistan also role of judiciary also power of senate and president in us a and how India fare though in its constitutional developments blah blah
In public admin local govt ordinance, police reforms, leadership traits
Provision of constitution about bureaucracy
Similarly in other subjects
The question asked by this penal is on general topics like kalabagh dam, economy of pakistan. economic crunch of the world, sinopak relationship

read dawn of the day just before your interview many question would be asked from it especially what is happening around the world section
like Congo crisis , Mauritius emigration of whole population
Noble price holders especial affinity for Daniel krugman and also yousuf batros ghali from imf
general shahid would going to intimidate you just be relax the other members are quite polite The general is also a nice fellow but he contradict you more with his sharp searching gaze
Be relax he like humor too so enjoy his grotesque comments

Criteria for good marks would be

1. your performance in interview
   
2. Psychologist recommendation (They send usually as Highly recommended, Above average and average or not suited ;they have an important rule in suitability clause They can send suggestion as unsuited for police or dmg or any other group)
3. 
   
4. Your marks in theory ( Most important The marks would have a proportion of your performane in theory)
   
5. Your overall demeanor , persona, your eloquence

Never how ever be on guard for group preferances They would ask searching question on that
The Fpsc member who belonged to DMG group usualy intends to check u emotionaly and he usualy ask question about ethnicity and also about your belongings Remain positive and show u r a true patriot ( I guess)

(I never met them. My first meeting with them was on 1st november 2008 after my medical in css 2008 ,but they showed special concern for me and my collegues)

In answering a question make ur reply fat (Small Head obese trunk and thin feet like cushing syndrome)
first show whether u agree or not or enumerate the most important causes of a particular incident (Like financial crunch of the world)
Then the fat body explain your reasons give facts or illustration ,try to cover the counter arguments also in a balancing manner but dont ramble stuck to topic at all cost.
Now the thin tail conclude what u mean ,repeat ur candid opinion (The penal has lots of patience So utilize ur time) Make sure u clearly deliever your message / opinion. Dont be ambiguous in your views
