Default Does bad Graduation record affect ones performance in interview?

how much it affects ur image, and spoils ur personlity, if ur bachelors record is not good?

do they consider some marks for good graduation record?

Default impact of educational grade

if you have good marks in matric/o'level and also in intermediate/a'level
then your bad percentage in graguation cannot give you any kind of loss.

but if you are overall 3rd divisioner then a bad imperession will be produce automatelcally.

good degree's and grade's play positive imperession in interview while bad grade create bad imperession

Many universities offer the students to improve their grades in the end of their degree programs. However, when you would holding a BA degree with a gap of four to five years between your inter and graduation, the panel would surely ask you the reason.

Good luck and prepare hard.

@ Adnan zia

In my humble opinion, if you have a below satisfactory bachelors' record, you must try to get maximum marks in your CSS written exams.

If you have very good marks in your CSS written exams, say above 700, then I believe your bachelors record can be overlooked.
