She can not put on half sleeves or short dress.
She should put on common dress as usually she puts on on other ocasions, it is not neccessary that the suit should be new but it must be looking very neat and clean.

As for as shoe is concerned, she is entitled to have it, she can have any good pair of Sandal; shoe is complusory for men.

i think that a shalwar kameez will be a good option , it can be half sleeve or full sleeve depending on the current weather.

well regarding shoes any thing can be worn except joggers and one thing should be be given importance that the should shoun;t make a "tuk tuk" noise in case of heels ,because it gives a bad impression .

regards

Default Dress code for females

You are allowed to wear half sleeves though it is preferable that you wear full sleeves. Kameezes with collars give the outfit a crisp and formal look so you can go for a Chinese collar or the different variations of the collar in vogue these days.
It is essential that the fabric you choose is in accordance with the weather but cotton is always preferable. It should be something that remains crease free as you will have quite a long wait.

Dupatta no matter of what material, be it chiffon or starched cotton. It should be attached in such a manner that you don’t have to fiddle with it or handle it awkwardly during the course of the interview.
Colors should be sober. Neutral colors like creamy, beige and grey and navy blues will give a sober professional look, but if you want to go for feminine tones then peach, light pink, light blue and such tones would give a pleasant look. One can go for a neutral color and contrast it with a darker tone of a contrasting shade.

The aim is to not look too flowery and frivolous. So be careful about the prints on the material. They should not be loud. The over-all look should be understated yet elegant.

As far is jewelry is concerned. The lesser the better. A simple wristwatch would suffice. And if you must you can wear earrings but nothing that dangles or jingles. Your nails should be neat and clean. Please avoid drawing attention to them by putting on a bold nail color or keeping them long.

As for hair and make-up I feel that one should go for whatever one is comfortable with and not to do anything drastic or for the first time. Tried and tested looks that you are confident make you look presentable would be the best approach. But for those opting to keep their hair open, Hair should be Away from the face. I would caution that hair should be secured with a small catcher or a tiny clip. That will ensure that your look remains the same even if you are waiting for a longer time period.

For foot wear, you can go for shoes, sandals, heels, flats. Don’t go for metallic colours like silver gold or bronze but opt for neutral beige, brown black or white if you are matching it with your outfit. Just don’t pair up blue dress with blue sandals etc as it looks tacky, and sometimes can work with evening wear but not in an interview of CSS caliber. And yes, the soles of the shoes should be preferable freee of the “tuk tuk” noise as mentioned above. .

These are just simple guidlines from my personal point of view. Others may fill in the gaps. Hope I’ve been of some help.

Default Women Clothing while going for interview or at work

i think and believe that what ever is the dress it should not show or pose her figure dimensions from the clothes and shoes should be without heal so that its tak tak should not let people in the surroundings be kept into notice.
so in short i am liberal that women should be dressed accordingly as listed above

Interview is all about presentation and the better we portray ourselves the better marks we can fetch. I think that a light colored dresses especially green or blue are the best for interview. dress should also be well tailored and pressed.
