Do The Members Of Interview Panel Know Our Scores In Written Exams .. ?
Do the interviewers know about the candidate's performance in written exams when they are interviewing him/her .. ?

Interview panel knows about the educational records, psycho test etc but they don't know about the written score.

panel knows all
as far as ai know,the interview panel has the entire performance record of the candidate in front of them including the written exam.

Of course they have all the educational background at hand of all being interviewed .. But there is a dichotomy between arguments as to their knowledge about written scores ..
Is there any reliable source to confirm .. ? Or should I judge from their faces if they know my scores or not when I will be interviewed in 2013 InshaAllah .. Regards ..

Justice (R) Rana Bhagwandas told himself during the interview tp one of my friend Mr. Ahmed Raza(Lawyer) that they do not have any written marks in front of them bcoz they dont want to create any partisan view of a person based upon the written performance. Along with that, Chief psychologist said the same thing to me while discussing on a topic. Therefore, it is clear that panel dont have written marks in front of them..
But, despite of that, written marks have proved themselves to be decisive in making the top merit.. anyway.. its the matter of luck n hard work.. tc |

Ahaan .. Thanx a lot and i think this is the rational way too, it also means that the procedure will almost be the same for each of us, without any bias in the minds of the interviewers .. Regards ..

I think,They have the written marks infront of them.
In CE 2009 Interviews,Justice Bhagwan Das asked my friend to name four Muslim Journalists of Pre Partition.(or Post Partition,I donn remember exactly.)My Frend could manage to answer name of only two Journalists.Then Justice Bhagwan Das told him that ''you have good marks in Journalism, you should have answered this question''Then he himself told the names of Jourjalists. It means that Chairman was having his written score infront of him. Regards |

what can i say at ur post....
I have just shared with you our own experience. Bhagwandas has said this thing to every person that you have opted for this tell me what is this? if he/she couldnt answer that he said u have opted n qualified in written then u should have answer this.. this might be the case with your friend.. But my my friend had written in css reforms question: There should be independent marks in interview without the influence of written marks on examiners.. Bhagwandas replied.. We dont have any marks of written in front of us.. Hoping that it would clear your point of confusion..tc |
