if you dont knw the exact answer,dont answer it,one can simply excuse...one should be sure about the facts one is putting infront of the panel...they know who you are and your personality...be the way you actually are.

OK! Now first of all the medium of interview in Viva is English but if they ask you something in Urdu then reply in Urdu.This is just a simple rule.
Now next thing which is very important:

now talking about other issues let me assure you that this is not very important how you open the door , Color combination ,hair cut contact lenses etc etc.
Yaar unko khud in cheezon ka itna nahi pata hota.Aur they provide you friendly atmosphere. If they feel that a candidate is nervous they just try to relax him . One of my teachers was very nervous and tensed during her interview and the pannel was very kind and they tried to relax her down. Kisi ne akhbar pakar liya koi apas main baten krne lg gya they intended to give her time to relax herself.They know that candidate is capable enough thats why he or she is sitting in front of them.
Unko bhi pata hai k yahan jo candidate aye hain koi kis background se hai koi kis se. Koi city se hai koi rural areas se. koi rich family se hai kuch hand to mouth hain. Wo itni bareekiyon main nahi jatay.
You better be confident. Jo baat kro wo galat bhi ho to bhi unk logics km z km apk zehn main clear honay chahye hain.Bewkoofiyon se bachna chahye.
Other things they take into account is
number of attempts, age , remaining attempts, etc.
