dear command task & group discussion both are different, because GTo will observe ur commanding ability in your command task, so try to be a leader when someone makes you a commander, and also lead your juniors or company
The Other thing is Group discussion
Talk little bit but talk to the point, in ISSB just try to talk on second or third number.
