In FPSC "instruction to applicants" manual as issued at the time of submission of applications for written test(instruction manual for CE-2012 is available on FPSC website) following broad line areas have been formulated for psychological and interview appraisal.

1. Pesonality and character.
2. Islamiat and Pakistan Affairs.

All written qualifiers should plan their preparation based on this afore-mentioned criterion.
