Yeah it was just a joke and it is not told in CSS rules and regulations that you cant write a joke about govt functionaries. Though i admit my mistake but yeah punishment is kinda too harsh ! they had gotten very angry even during the interview.

Though all the candidates from Faisalabad who were in my group have very low marks. But in written, all have exceptionally good marks. That is strange. I think penal was unable to judge properly. Wont accuse them of bribery or stuff like that :P
