Interview Tip needed
 

[B][FONT="Century Gothic"]I want to state that one of my friend had left MTO position from one of leading bank because of working environment and pay package but when ever he appeared the interview ask the reason of it. if he he describe the genuine reason then it impacted negative impression so what would be the right reply to it[/FONT][/B]

Conviction is required.
 

One needs conviction in his argument to persuade others.
Prepare an excuse and present it with such confidence that the person listening it should believe it.Many media persons are expert in this, especially the one who comes daily with scandalmongering and presents them as "Khara Sach".
One can anticipate the doubt about one's past, in the mind of interviewer, and should have proper justification or excuse for it.
Nobody is hundred percent correct throughout his life, at least morally.

please guide me how to manage time for the preparation for interview as well as for 2014 attempt
