Default first ever interview in life . seniors please guide.

hi
i am going to have first interview of my life, yes .. a bit surprising, but i was more focused on my studies than job, i gave ppsc exam of senior special education teacher (BS 17) and got cleared. as i have no experience thats why i am asking that seniors please share tips, as interview is not to test knowledge much its about confidence and personality.
what should be speaking medium and how much eye contact.
please female seniors also share some tips regarding dressing and covering head with sakaf r dupata.

first of all Congratulations and secondly don't be scared.Just be confident and fluent.and most important thing;be yourself ..and dressing for interviews is usually simple yet formal.use matte colors not bright ones.and no extravagant type jewelry, rings etc, because those would be more visible than your own personality.and if you usually cover your head with dupatta, there's no problem in doing that for the interview too.but make sure it stays on.bar bar sar se utray na,aur apko disturb na kare.and may be this would sound absurd, but avoid using lip gloss.its not good for interviews as it shows a casual behaviour.i read this somewhere...if you are comfortable with heels only then wear them otherwise avoid them.
i myself has not been lucky with interviews...but still whatever i knew,i told you.i hope these would help. and Best of Luck for the interview...give your best shot...and leave everything else on Allah...

you need to prepare yourself in three areas mainly...
1.about yourself, ranging from meaning of your name, about your family, your city etc
2.about current affairs particularly in current political scenario, about current social and economic situation of country including little bit about general knowledge and islamiat etc
3.about your subject in which you have done masters, it also includes about the subject or post for which you are appearing in interview
Also be confident and straightforward, answer briefly dnt go in details ans only whatever they ask...dressing, personality also carry weightage in fpsc/ppsc interviews..
regards
