Dear aspirants, anyone having any info about quota interview? Who can share his interview experience .looking forward

Quota interview will start in next month. A previous thread related to this is very old and at the same time lacks significant info. Anyone here who has appeared in this interview last year or know someone with same experience can be helpful. What type of questions are asked. If only current affairs, biodata and reasons to leave armed forces etc are asked? Or he is supposed to show knowledge of css subjects like EDS, ISL Pak affairs and geography etc? I am totally naive? Any help will be appreciated.

God knows what criteria they apply.My name has been scrutinizedin Comman.I came to know that last year they had called people in CAC for interview before recommending their names to to AHQ.Not sure what happened this year. May be only PAWA matters that unfortunately i lacks..still no grievances but a lot of disappointment.. and sir MOCHU thank you for your help.....

Sir process has started and i have been rejected at the first stage without any evaluation.nepotism and favouritism has also creeped into us. One needs PAWA to be recommened for interview

can any1 tell/guide me as when this quota of armed forces was started? what was the main idea/aim behind this? till now that objective is achieved or not?
