Hey Guys,
I have just initiated this thread to share our own funny experiences whether for a job or any admission in college/university. Every one if not, a lot of bothers and sisters on this forum have continuously striven to grab any opportunity arising in the job market. Not everybody get selected at first instance rather some times an interview goes horribly wrong and you have no option left but to feel that funny situation and keep laughing at it the whole life. All of my seniors and juniors(I think no one junior than me so for) on this forum share it and lets have a fun. I would paste mine which i consider the funniest i ever had ..!!!

After reading your post, the story of "uncle Podger hanging a picture" from "three men in a boat" came into my mind, which I read in 8th grade. At the start of that it was mentioned that it is possible that a thing which is the source of joy for one it doesn't bring laughter to another person. So I am sure that most people will not laugh on my experience, but I laugh occasionally when I remember about that moment which I experienced myself.

One day I saw a poster of job opportunity in a paint shop, so the next day I went there while wearing a two piece suit. When I entered in the shop shopkeeper asked from me that what did I want? I told him that I would like to do the job there. After hearing my reply he replied me in a bizarre way and asked that was I kidding with him, and I replied in negative. He then said that I wear Salwar qameez, you wear a suit, I ride bike, you drive a car. You can hire me for a job, but I can't hire you. So I came back.

I know it was my stupidity, but I laugh when this all comes to my mind.

Hahahahaha Really funny story

Well I have something to share. I appeared for a job in engineering sector. The panel was evaluating my subject knowledge when one person in the panel asked me where is middle east. I looked at his bald head for a while, and, with uncertainty, said Africa.
A burst of laughter erupted, and once the room returned to its decorum, they lauded my general knowledge and declared it the joke of the day :-)

I was waiting outside interviewer room in ISSB center Kohat.on main gate of the building, peon had told me earlier that you have to enter in Office when the red bulb glow.

I waited and waited, then started daydreaming.

jumping,running, swimming, shooting and many tasks,busy days in kakul academy Abbotabad.

two stars on shoulders,bullying soldiers and bragging in front of friends.

number and value of star increases on my shoulders,spy in India,joint operations with FBI and INTERPOL.

at last, three star General, good relations with politicians,........ hash! Army chief...... Marshall law..

the interviewer,tired of waiting and ringing bell came out and almost moaningly said....

it was a bad experience, I tried to explain it to Major sahb but ........

it could be rightly called as “dreams shattered"
