WIKIPEDIA:
Psoriasis ( /səˈraɪ.əsɪs/) is a chronic autoimmune disease that appears on the skin. It occurs when the immune system sends out faulty signals that speed up the growth cycle of skin cells. Psoriasis is not contagious.
So,no problems.All is well.

I think this disease of urz is not such that it effects ur working or is apparent easily..AND its not contagious..U have already asked a civil surgeon haven't u,about this??Go to Sheikh Zaid in Lahore or LGH and ask a civil surgeon. They would better guide u.
And yes,Medical test me I have heard approach chal jaati hey.Sunna kya he,me ne khud dekha he chaltey huy
Mujhe nahy lagta it should be a problem.
