Default Deferment of Medical Exam

Good day,
I have been called for the medical examination for those who have passed the written exam. Unfortunately, I am travelling for business and will not be available during the time of the test.

What are my options? Am I allowed to defer my test to a later date? The CSS rules do mention of deferment but it's not clear how I am supposed to go about requesting a deferment.

If any of you with experience can shed a light on this I would be really grateful.

Kind Regards
