Weak Eye Sight (Amblyopia)

I have an eyesight problem. I have amblyopia (Lazy eye). I nearly cannot see with one eye but the other eye is perfect. Am i eligible for CSS? Will it be a problem for me in medical or not?

A known person of me keeps +5.5 6/18[left eye] and +3 6/9 [right eye].
Will he be eligible for ADs post of isi, ib, fia? Is there any standard for eyesight for these posts?
