Default Eyesight criteria and Relaxation

Brethren in advertisement of AD isi, ib, nab and fia they never mention for eyesight criteria however in isi they have 2 hard postings and in ib there is a hard area posting for ADs.
I want to know what is the eyesight criteria for these departments.
A known person of me keeps +5.5 6/18[left eye] and +3 6/9 [right eye].
Will he be eligible for ADs post? Is there any standard for eyesight?
Your answers will be highly appreciated.
Thanking you in anticipation.
