They only wrote my first name in medical reports..problem??

Hello, I had my medical tests done and a forgetful person at the registration desk only entered my first name so now all my reports have my first name only. Would it be a problem? Do i need to get it changed? They said i need to redo my tests for fixing the error.

Not an issue I believe as far as the DOB/age is correct
