Default Medical Exam: Chest Girth Potential Issue

Before preparing for CSS, I have this potential physical problem that I wanted to clarify.

I took some steroids in teenage and have got gynecomastia due to it (broad droppy chest, enlarged, saggy shape, it's a mild condition though) Do you think not having a lean chest figure would be unacceptable and will waste all the preparation or it is only going to affect certain departments selection such as police/ law enforcing agencies?

Should I get any minor cosmetic procedure to fix it, get it examined by a doctor who knows the physical exam requirments precisely and remove any chances of rejection given I reach that stage?

Thank you!

It doesn't matter brother. If your Height-Weight ratio is ok, this condition won't create a problem. Eye issues and transmissible diseases are the only conditions that can bar you from entry into particular group or get you disqualified.
