Need Clarification in Medical Eligibility T&C
 

Hi all,

Can someone please make me understand what the following statement in FPSC Rules for Medical Eligibility means:

"that the candidate does not bear traces of acute or chronic disease pointing to an impaired constitution"?

Does this mean that if someone has had a history of tb or HIV or, any other disease which leaves traces, are not eligible?
