Exclamation Riding Toe

The medical section of the CSS guidelines 2018 states that a candidate appearing for the medical exam must not have any short limbs / body parts. I have riding toes on both of my feet and have been rejected by Army because of this.

Are candidates having riding toes rejected? Or can I appear as a candidate with physical disability? I have always been very athletic till now and have no problem in running long and short distances.

Also what are the groups I cannot apply to because of my foot structure?

Thank you for your help in advance.
