Default CSS medical test
My friend has only one testicle. Is he eligible for CSS ?
He has neither gone for medical test nor he knows whether it is undescended as yet till his age of 28.
Some of my friends say that css medical test is not naked one and it does not matter.

Kindly need sincere and authentic info so that I suggest him to not burn his fat if he is not eligible..
