i want to know about medical exams of css in detail. like kia kia test hota he?
And i have PCOS, am i eligible for css? or will it affect on my Selection ?

Walaykum assalam. They check height, weight, eyesight, and lab tests like blood CP, chest X-Ray (replaced with ultrasound if you are a pregnant woman), Urine RE, test for Hepatitis and HIV.

Having PCOS does not matter in CSS qualification at all. It is not something that will hinder your job performance or your ability to work efficiently.
