Information about medical test

I am usman from Lahore.I have medical problem hepatitus B positive but the PCR (HBV DNA) is negative means that the Virusis not detected in that test.But it is positive in the ELISA method.My physicion is saying that you are fit because your PCR test is negative.Now please tell me that i will be considered medically fit or not.Anybody having any typeofinformation please comment on the issue.
