Thats very good if you are walking more than 21 km. try to wear warm cloths while walking and keep taking lemon water or qawa or lemon grass.. may ALLAH help you out , amin.

I am sorry but I am not exactly getting you. Your current weight is 82kg and you have already lost 5kg?
Normal weight of any 25-28 year old ranges from 80-90kg and some guys who go to gym regularly even have weight of around 95kg with waist of 34-36 inches which I believe constitute a fit person and not a fat one. Therefore I am really perlexed by this weight problem of yours. That been said, I know a couple of people who weigh over 120kgs and got selected in various groups (I wont name them or the groups). One person I know just gave his interview (cleared 2009 exams) and he clearly told me he faced no problems. He got him self a medical certificate stating ideal weight loss plan which he submitted to the medical board according to which he was to lose around 1 kg/month for the next year. Medical board cleared him and asked him to report back in a year with a loss of 12kg weight. |

Dear amk,
Good to see you jogging and dieting for weight loss. It is not a serious issue and even if you do not comply with the required weight than the concerned officers may give you more time to reduce your weight. Yesterday my friend had a medical check up and it all went well. Those (candidates) who could not control weight with in the stipulated time period, were given additonal month to control weight. Anyhow this is a routine process and what they see is the, spirited efforts a candidate has undergone to conform with the requirements. Best of Luck! Regards.

Slam.
I am still on regular walk. I have medical checkup on 29/05/2009 at Islamabad. I am 5.8" and my weight stopped reducing now, as most of the fats have burnt but still I am 82 kg having waist of 34-35". Thanks for your encouragement and hopefully I will get some more time. I am very thankful to this forum which is a source of inspiration and guidance for me. Yes I was athlete during my college time and best table tennis player that might be reason that I have more muscle mass which is very difficult to reduce. ------------ Slam, Today I appeared b4 medical board at Islamabad and they declared me fit as I am 77 kg now. Thanks to all the members for encouragement and motivation. I have reduced 10 kg within in 15 days by reducing diet and walk of over 20km per day.
