W-Salam,
Start jogging, walking, dieting, running, avoid sugar, fats and try to consult an expert to get fruitful results in short time. On the directed date report to medical board. Hopefully you will make a change in that short time otherwise I hope you will be given some concession in date and you candidature will not be canceled because in a case they had given me full opportunity to defend my case well. Hopefully in your case time will be extended. This letter is an official formality to keep the things in line with rules and regulations, it does not guarantee for qualifying the exam.

don't worry. consult a doctor and talk about your weight problem. don't go for all weight losing activities all of a sudden.
a chance will be given to you and losing weight is not that easy.only 2-4 kg weigh change can made in such time but not much. ideally it is better to lose 12 kg in 6 months so you also do not have health problems.start exercising with easy activities and within 3 months move to some strenous exercises so you lose weight. losing weight by diet is of no help , you will again gain weight within no time. i remember a case of a candidate who was overweight and has serious issue with fpsc,probably a court case. but i cannot remember exact details and its conclusion. may be someone from CSP may guide you in this matter best of luck

Immediate loss of body weight can adversely affect some functions in the body like kidneys. There are also some drugs etc available in the market but you must consult expert to avoid inconvenience. @ Doctor ! What is the best way to increase weight except joining any gym etc?

@crown Prince
every body has a tendency to gain or lose weight. to gain weight calculate your daily calories, then look at you activity. normally a 5feet 10 inch man of 25 year age working normally in moderate range requires 2000 calories. to gain weight increase calories,make it 2800 -3000 daily and weight will begin to increase.peanuts,meat,eggs are good if one wants to be muscular one more thing metabolism of individual matters. both over weight and under weight look at these calories contents of few daily products we use. 1 chapati 180kcal one paratha 230 one 250-300 ml coke 120kcal mirinda or fanta has 150 kcals one cup of tea 80-100 kcal one biscuit 80-160 kcal depending upon bakery and contents. similarly all bakery contents are strictly to be avoided as they are not good. it includes bread or double roti or whatever. similarly nimkos,snacks and other things are highly caloric and need to be avoided if one wants to lose weight. avoid sweets. one rusgulla or gulab jamun has 150 to 200 kcal depending on size. these are real factors which make one obese or overweight.

I can bet you if you do this u can reduce ur weight. Another way is not to take shower/bath before the day of examination that reduces ur weight up to a 1 kg or 2 kg. i have been doing that from 6 years . BODYBUILDINg. ........ Quote:

Thank you so very much
I am very much thankful to all my seniors for your valuable suggestions. i have started walk for 3/4 hours daily plus i have left all my diet expect water and cucumber 1,2Kg per day.It is really good to know that i might get some more time from fpsc moreover i will consult tomorrow to some nutritionist and exercise specialists but unfortunately in Pakistan we don't have much expertise in this filed....... Again thank so very much.
