What if a written qualifier is deemed medically unfit ?

the rules for disable candidates are
Disabled candidates in the categories of physical, hearing/speech(deaf & dumb) and visually impaired (blind) are allowed to compete for Competitive Examination against four occupational groups/services viz; (a) Commerce & Trade Group (b) Pakistan Audit & Accounts Service (c) Information Group & (d) Postal Group.

my question is that if a person apply open merit not in disable qutta

but when he passed written portion he declered medical unfit by fpsc know what can he apply for disable seats.

Saima Saleem is the first Pakistani blind woman to have allocated into Foreign Service. She secured 6th position in CSS Exam and second among women. She got Quaid-e-Azam gold medal on her best academic performance. Saima also got first position in Punjab Public Service Commission exam and she was a lecturer at Kinnaird College. She has won women achievement award and Madar-e-Millat Fatima Jinnah medal.

She has been allocated in Foreign Service of Pakistan in relaxation of rules 2007 it was just an exception. Law is not changed yet and disabled candidates will only be allocated in the above mentioned four groups. I think in her case the then President General Pervez Musharaf’s cooperation made her dreams possible.
