Dear bro,

These days, it is hot so you can not use the diet due to their hot effects. In spring and winter season, you 'll have to use coz that is best time to improve your physique.
Don't you have any friend who visits gym for body building or body maintenance? Or any gym instructor in your area?

Default utter help needed

hello.i want to discuss a serious problem of mine with all sincere members especially doctors.i m 22 years old with 5'4 height n 43 kg weight.i am slim since childhood but now i m getting much weak as skeleton.as i have a good personality but loss of eight is damaging my personality.i went through medical tests but i m medicaly fit.doctor advised me to use Ensure powder for gaining weight but all in vain.problem is that i eat as normal persons eat but it seeems useless to eat.i take a fried naan with tea at break fast thn i take 1 roti n salan at noon thn at evening i eat noodles or some fruit as 3-4 bananas thn i take dinner.i also used milkshakes of dates,bananas,youghurtetc to gain weight but all in vain.as i have given css 2010 written n most likely to be selecetd in written but my underweight can create problem for me.so please guide me how to gain weight prperly n what diet plan i should use.i also want to know ways of weight gain who gained wieght themselves.please guide me

well I applied in PAF and one of my friend also appeared with me. He was unfit due to less weight. The PAF doctor recommended the following to him:

1. To eat more and walk less
2. No heavy exercise except just stretching out
3. Lot of use of water and maximum sleep

He was able to make it in 1.5 months. Although at that time he eat like animals .

TIP: to take a lot of water before the medical test.

After getting up, take as much water as you can (avoid excess). Let it clean your stomach then Take a heavy brakefast and Brakefast should be before 9 AM. Heavy means full of calories not in quantity. Use butter and milkshake of banana & apple with half fried egg. Don't keep your stomach empty till late time. Try to have breakfast after 15 min of your awakening. Drink as much water as you can (limited, don't be excessive) but before brakefast not just after brakefast. Next glass of water should be after 2-3 hours.
Regulate your sleeping time and take propper time.
In lunch, eat boiled mutton keema with just black pepper (kali mirch), no other red or green or salt. It is not for daily but twice or thrice in a week.

These two meals are concentrated, you can take dinner of your wish but no excess of quantity and mirchi as it disturbs stomach.
Use sweet dishes in the day, whenever you get the chance. Sweets helps a lot to increase weight.
Take water with empty stomach, before meal. Avoid to take water after meal but exception of a little is there.
Don't be too late to take your dinner. It should be before 9 pm.

Do excercise to avoid the accumulation of weight just on abdominal region. It should be on the right place.

Lessen the use of tea as it keeps you slim and smart. Use of right diet on right time with right way to eat 'll, actually, help you to get weight.

thanks alot but all you advised is already done by me daily.i eat alot lot of water as its my habit.yar the routine u told is already mine.but i know it is useless for me in gaining weight.this problem of mine is really creating trouble for me

I put what I could and further in your case I am helpless to make an opinion about your case on this virtual forum. As you are telling that you 've consulted physicians and experts then I am nothing as compared to them.
What can I suggest more is regarding our firm beliefs. You should pray to Allah and you know when you are praying for a particular demand then you should call Allah with HIS particular name.
You should remember Allah frequently a day, by calling HIS name, "YA QAWWI".
Insha Allah, it 'll help you to gain satisfactory results for weight. My prayers are with you.

@ others
I hope, the above memtioned diet plan 'll help others who are facing same problem.
