one of my friend who preparing for CSS 2012, he is stammer is he elegiable to compete for any occupationl group ? or he falls in disabled quota.

one of my friend who is preparing for CSS 2012, he is stammer is he elegiable to compete for any occupationl group ? is he falls in disabled quota ? on which quota he should have to apply merit or on disable quota?

stammering is not a disability. your friend will be considered a normal candidate.
