left eye sight
 

1 of my friend is willng to take css xam but he is problem with eye sight..... his left eye sight is very weak with glasses aswell but his right eye's sight is good....... is he be able to appear in exam??????

Yes surely, one is eligible to appear with weak eyesight.

If one has problem of weak eye sight then there is restrictions to select some special group. I think if eye sight is lower than some standard then one can't go to PSP group.
But I wish if someone experienced can shed light with solid information then it will be better,
