Weak is a relative term.If you don't have 6/6 you have a weak eyesight,but that doesn't stop you from joining civil services.Depends on how weak it is.If its weak below a certain standard(As specified in the details of the medical test.Refer to it) than you cannot join PSP and RCTG.Otherwise,even visually impaired are allowed to join certain groups.

U were able to qualify for CSS after bachelors...I m constantly being told to wait till MS otherwise I can't qualify for CSS.
