Kindly tell if someone is underweight?...which is funny though..

What will the medical penal do to them??

Which groups strictly consider body weight and height for recruitment?

Hmmmmm.... As far as css is concerned,under or over weight has least to do with your selection...nevertheless,pak army wants only smart people ....including men and women...

At most the medical panel will give you around 2 months time issue to improve your weight..whether lose or gain, and report again for check up. However, being underweight does not really matters in CSS Medical exam.
