yes they are following the BMI , but i think that specific BMI they are following is for Ladies , my waist is 36 ,

Who asked you to reduce weight ? The doctors doing the medical examination or by the civil surgeon in the last room ?

Dear I reduced 16 kg in 20 days by playing cricket... I think you should play cricket and choose to bowl and field on mid-leg side.

I lost 36kgs in 6months for army try to drink green tea daily without sugar and mix lemon in it and eat boiled vegetables in lunch and also in dinner and eat an apple daily..
