my height is 6ft 1inch , and my weight is 90 kg. they asked me to reduce 16 kg weight in six weeks . any body can guide how to reduce the weight

I am not an expert but I can provide you general guidance
*No fried food *No food from hotels *instead of three meals, make them 5 by reducing per meal intake *Brisk walking I reduced 10 kgs in 3 months by just brisk walking |

I have a question regarding medical test and examination. I have a confusion is it that quite a strict criteria like one in the army or navy etc. For instance they reject you for only having minor eye sight or hearing issue as my cousin cleared all tests but were kicked out during medical examination because of having minor hearing issues in PAF fighter pilot test.

Avoid oil and carbohydrates (bread, roti etc.) for 6 weeks. Eat just boiled stuff, fresh vegetables and fruits. You'll lose weight fast.

use fruits & vegetables
take light food in break fast and dinner keep away urself from fried things and cold drinks use sugar less things drink water as u can
