My friends who do running on daily basis, they used to run 2 to 3 kilometers daily. I want to join them, but I think I can not run for such long distance at least for this time due to such weight. Kindly suggest me how to resolve this problem. I have purchased jogging shoes, how to get started jogging myself. Give me some tips. Which excerszes should I do to reduce my weight.

Thanking in advance and waiting for your response for resolving my problem.
Get started with 2 to 3 km brisk walk or min 40 mins. Increase it as your stamina strengthens. After reaching 10km mark you can switch it to RWR (run walk run).

Brother.... Your muscles need 7 to 1 days to take new positions....don't try to be over ambitious..... Take 10 days to allow muscles to get adapt to exercise.... With the passage of time your body will allow you to run without pain.....don't try to reduce weight in a month... It may result in the rupture of muscles....
Be regular.... You will observe obvious weight loss....its my personal experience ....

and it does not matter if you run directly or walk for a few days... the point is to warm up your body so that you are ready for abdominal exercises...

are you sure it is moch??? one thing more, and this might surprise you, but you can confirm from a specialist. your diet should not contain any more bread and vegetables!!! eat meat, fish and desi ghee... the point is stop intake of CARBOHYDRATES.

as far as water is concerned, make sure to drink at least fifteen glasses of water per day... and that is at least... it is very necessary for the repair of broken muscles... right now you are breaking tour muscles... and muscles build after breaking so don't worry about MOCH, it might be pulled muscles...

Talking misconceptions about abs exercises and weight loss

Dear fellows, after going through the string I just couldn't resist to reply to all of the misconceptions. Why should you all and rest of the people on this forum concerned with weight loss should listen to me : I am a gold medalist athlete(high jump) competed in one national athletics tournament; played 2 national basketball tournaments representing the capital, relay race medalist. And a long time informal student of physical education.

1. Weight loss will occur with strictly controlled diet. There is a difference between following a diet plan to starve and a healthy diet.
2. Abs don't need to be worked out separately since they don't burn fats on your tummy. No individual muscle exercise can be used to target any specific body part to burn fat. Yes it can help tone and develop muscles.
3. What ever exercise you do , fats burn overall in the body not specifically at any Targeted area.
4. You cant lose weight over night
5. Instead of 2 or 3 large meals take 4 or 5 small meals.
6. Scientifically proven method that burns fats the fastest is interval training. HIIT. Look it up on Google.
7. Muscles don't weight much as compared to fats. So developing muscles wouldnt make you over weight.
8. Walk jog sprint jog walk. Repeat the cycle.
9. Not an outdoors person or for women who don't have any gyms or aerobics facility near by can do it at home. There are several guided programs for getting fit by working out at home easily available on the internet and on DVDs.
10. Consistency is the key to success for everything

P.s. never skip breakfast if you want to lose weight
