Default Smoker?
It just occurred to me yesterday that does smoking makes one ineligible or can be considered as a negative point?
I know the other rules like there should be a minimum chest expansion etc.. but if everything else is normal range, still smoking causes an impact?

if everything else is in normal range, then its ok..no need to worry...

well I considered looking older then actual age as normal too
