over weight and worried big time
Hello all respects members:
Yesterday was my medical. I have been declared medically fit but with over weight by 19 kg. I am a little taller than 6ft and at first glance you wiuld not judge me as this much fat. The in charge told me that I may receive a letter for reappearance after weight loss.I am worries and want to know that how much time do they give you and do I have to lose all 19 kg or just improvement could do the trick. One more thing is there any danger of rejection for being overweight. Please please please seniors and experienced members do reply . jazakAllah |

They wouldn't want you to lose 19 kg but show some improvement in this department. They might give you 15 days or so. So don't worry, but start losing! Being significantly underweight, I understand your concern. Good luck.

Dear I am also Over Weight. We, facing similar problem, will be asked to reappear after 6 weeks . As far as I have got the information from CSPs- who once attended the same issue, We will have to decrease weight as much as we can . In case we fail to attain the required limit, then at least the trend of weight should be downward and that can be through showing reduction of some KGs. Nevertheless, It does not have any bearing on group allocation as the medical surgeon assured me of.

tips
''Diet plan''
30 minutes walk , 15 cycling , jumping 15 minutes and dance 10 minutes After that: One big cup of hot water mixed with one tea spoon honey and essence of two lemons. Breakfast: Bran Flakes after one hour After half hour coffee or tea without sugar and milk Eat apple or carrot or corns after 3 hours Go for grape fruit (chakotra) after 3 hour Now it is time of dinner at 6pm Boil rice with yummy soup of veges + chicken/mutton/beaf as you like

Don't worry. I don't think they'll expect you to lose too much weight in short time. You can always benefit from exercises and diets like excluding roti/bread, oils and fats. Use vegetables and fruits only. Also boiled chickpeas are good for energy.
Have coffee (without sugar and milk but you can use skim milk) half hour before workout. For breakfast soak chickpea at night and boil and eat in the morning. If you feel hungry, have some fruits after few hours. |
